Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, local checks, and mall gift cards.

What is your return policy?

  1. FURNITURE

    1. Customers may return undamaged new furniture within 14 days.  There is a 25% restock fee to cover the freight.

    2. Discounted floor models, discontinued and clearance furniture are not available for return. We inspect furniture for damage before it leaves the store, please be aware that floor models may have scratches & stains. Before purchase, the customer should inspect the item with the sales person.

    3. Custom furniture is handled on a case-to-case basis. Our custom furniture is made of natural materials that are naturally pitted, scratched, & cracked. If you have concerns about a mark, please send us a picture.

  2. LINENS & PILLOWS

    1. Due to the personal nature of the product there is no return policy on any linens and pillows.

  3. MATTRESSES

    1. There is no recycling center in the state of Montana and we do not resell beds.  Our manufacturers charge us a return fee to cover the shipping to a recycling center.

    2. Tempur-Pedic allows the customer to return their mattress within 90 days of purchase.  The return fee is $350.

    3. Extreme Comfort allows the customer to return their mattress  within 30 days of purchase. The return fee is $250.

    4. Foundations & adjustable bases are not covered under the comfort guarantee

    5. The customer is responsible for returning the mattress to the store. The mattress must be covered & clean. We will not accept returns which are a health hazard to our employees. If the customer would like the mattress picked up, charges apply.

    6. Sealy does not offer a comfort guarantee. Returns from Sealy are handled on a case-to-case basis & returns are not guaranteed. 

  4. PROOF OF PURCHASE

    1. While we do hold onto sale receipts for a time, we are not responsible for finding your receipt. Please keep your receipts in an easy to remember location. For mattresses we suggest putting your receipt in a zip bag with the warranty information & attaching it to the mattress or bed frame. Removable covers are an excellent place to store purchase information.

  5. REPEATED RETURNS

    1. Customers with multiple returns may be refused future sales or returns. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.

  6. SECURING YOUR WARRANTY

    1. Print outs of the warranty policies for our companies are available upon request. Most mattress warrantees require that there are no stains on the mattress. As such we highly recommend the use of a mattress protector. Mattresses will also have stipulation on what type of foundation they are placed on.

    2. Some companies require warranty registration. Information will be included with your product. If it is missing, please call us.

    3. Custom cut mattresses & clearance mattresses do not have warranties or fall under the comfort guarantee.

    4. Warranties on floor models vary from company to company. Most often, the warranty will start on the date of the materials tag rather than the date of receipt.

  7. RETURN OF PAYMENT

    1. Charged payments will be returned on the card from which they were purchased. Returns will not show up until 12:01am the following business day.

    2. Cash and check payments will be returned with a check. This may take several days.

Do you Offer Gift Cards or Registries?

We can make you a gift card on request. You can also set up store credit.

For registries, we have you pick out your items. We then create a nice image with those items and the cost. We then create a layaway for you that your friends can make payments towards.

Is Assembly Available?

Assembly is available. Single items such as a bed frame or one couch is $29.95 for assembly. More than one item such as a bunk bed or dining set is $59.95.

 

Most of our furniture comes at least partially assembled. The fine details like drawer glides are already installed. It is very rare that you would require anything other than the Allen wrench (usually included). 

 

If you would like assembly, please let us know ahead of time so we can have the time booked.

Will you dispose of my old mattress?

Yes! We will dispose of one mattress per mattress delivered. Please note that there is no way to recycle mattresses in Montana. Please list it on Craigslist and Marketplace first. It is typically very easy to have a student come take it off your hands.

Please Let us know that you will need disposal when you schedule your delivery.
